I received my B.A in Nutrition and Medical Ethnobotany from Fairhaven College in 2014 and completed my M.S. in Nutrition and Clinical Health Psychology from Bastyr University in 2019. I have worked for over 10 years in the field of social services, working with a diverse range of clients in a variety of settings. I have been in private practice since 2019. I have experience in inpatient treatment for drug and alcohol use, outpatient treatment for chronic mental illness, housing case management, and both inpatient and out patient eating disorder treatment. My love for nutrition shows when discussing food and foraging. I grew up in the PNW and reside in Tacoma. When I’m not busy with my two kids you will find me exploring the variety of local parks and Forrests in this area, gardening, playing with my cats, or listening to a good podcast.
